project doesnt end when our crew leaves the job site. We provide
caretaking services for the year following all of our construction
projects. During this time, we will check your property regularly,
and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
Budgeting, Construction, and Follow-Through
Your construction project has four main phases: Design, Budgeting,
Construction, and Follow-Through. During the design process, in
addition to making suggestions based on our years of experience
and our knowledge of best practices, we also provide walk-throughs
of past projects to stimulate ideas. Then, using draft drawings,
your Project Manager will work with you to develop a preliminary
projectbudget. Once construction begins, our team approach ensures
that your project is built to the highest standards with the most
efficient use of time and materials. At OConnor Custom Builders
we follow through on our work and provide a year of caretaking on
all of our projects.
